Effective March 3rd, after 25 remarkable years, Denny Sponsel (Chairman Emeritus) has transitioned ownership of RJE to Shelly Langona (Chief Executive Officer). The entire RJE team, along with the Indianapolis and Cincinnati communities, are deeply grateful for Denny’s countless contributions and generosity over the years.
As RJE’s new owner, Shelly brings unmatched expertise in furnishings and interior solutions. Her 16-year journey with RJE has seen her lead at every level of the organization. Shelly is dedicated to building on RJE’s strong foundation while driving growth and innovation.

Though Denny is stepping back from day-to-day operations, his passion for community service remains steadfast. He will continue to serve on boards and engage with initiatives close to his heart.
