Cincinnati Public Radio (CPR) envisioned their new headquarters as more than just a workplace — it’s a vibrant hub for creativity, storytelling, and community connection. With their building and programming expanding, CPR set out to create a space that was both forward-thinking and deeply rooted in accessibility.
Making history as the first mass timber commercial building in Ohio, their new home in Evanston reflects a commitment to sustainability and community engagement at every level.
RJE was proud to partner with Emersion Design to bring CPR’s vision to life. The thoughtfully designed space features:
- Expanded and upgraded studio spaces
- Professional recording studios for local musicians
- A public podcast booth for creators of all backgrounds
- An event space for more than 100 guests, empowering nonprofits and community groups to gather and collaborate
Throughout the building, you’ll find a curated selection of Allsteel and Gunlocke products that support flexibility, comfort, and collaboration, including:
Allsteel:
- Jetty-Mod, Peak, and Park lounge seating
- Two-Thirds poufs
- Structure and Aware tables
- Terrace workstations
- Approach private offices
- EVO task seating
- Vicinity stools
Gunlocke:
- Camille guest seating
The result is a space where innovation meets inclusivity — a place where Cincinnati’s stories can be told, shared, and celebrated.
