Inspired by a visit to Allsteel’s stunning Chicago Experience Center, Lumina Foundation was ready to reimagine their workplace. They wanted to shift from a traditional, office-heavy layout to something more open, collaborative, and full of natural light. The goal? Create a space that feels modern, flexible, and energizing.

To bring this vision to life, Lumina partnered with RJE and the talented team at DKGR Architects. Together, they transformed Lumina’s new headquarters in the Bottleworks District of downtown Indianapolis into a vibrant, purpose-driven workplace.

The result? A beautiful, light-filled environment that balances smaller private offices with shared spaces, casual meeting areas, and plenty of room to connect or recharge.
