A little over 2 years — I’m a designer.
What led you to RJE?
The small, family-style culture.
What’s a project or moment at RJE that’s stuck with you—and why?
Working on the William & Mary project when I first started at RJE, and recently getting to visit the campus to see the hard work come to life.
What do you look forward to most in your workday at RJE?
Lunch walks.
If RJE were a person, how would you describe them?
Reliable and friendly.
How do you personally bring “hug your customer” to life?
Always being readily available to help.
What elements make a space inspiring to you? Color? Flow? Light? Something else?
All elements are important, but I am inspired by LOTS of color.

Thorough communication and support during all phases of the project.
