How long have you been with RJE, and what’s your role in one sentence?
I’ve been here 2 years. I am a workplace consultant, which allows me to meet great people and companies and help them turn their vision and goals for their company into a reality.
What led you to RJE?
I had once sold to RJE and since then followed them on socials and fell in love with their culture. You cannot help but be happy and fulfilled when part of the RJE family!
What’s a project or moment at RJE that’s stuck with you—and why?
Winning a project with the Indianapolis Zoo and working intimately with their leadership to overcome barriers and make sure their staff is set up for success.
The Zoo continues to be a place near and dear to my heart, as it’s a place that has brought so much joy to my family over the last 15+ years. I take great pride in Indy, and a passion for animals, so working with the Zoo has always been a goal of mine. 😊
What do you look forward to most in your workday at RJE?
The people — internal and external. I have fabulous teammates that trust me and what needs to be done to meet/exceed client expectations. My team’s hard work allows me the confidence to stay hungry and involved in the community to make sure RJE’s name and commitment to our partners gives us a seat at the table.

If RJE were a person, how would you describe them?
Kind, caring, safe place to all, strong, bold, confident, leader, empathetic, hardworking, proud advocate of our Hoosier State and City of Indy, family first, shall I go on?
How do you personally bring “hug your customer” to life?
I put myself into others’ shoes to understand who they are, challenges they face, goals to accomplish, and lead with empathy and confidence. I work hard to solve problems and do what I can to help make others’ lives a little easier.
What elements make a space inspiring to you? Color? Flow? Light? Something else?
Flow, function, and colors!
What’s your signature style when working with clients or partners?
It’s relationship building, not transactional. I listen and relate. I feel people want to work with “people,” not robots! Understanding the big picture and truly trying to understand what they need to be able to best support them.
What is your current favorite product from Allsteel and its portfolio of brands?
Jetty:Mod is so versatile and sleek.
Why that one?
I love how Allsteel uses it in their showroom to create different soft seating areas! “She” can be dressed up or down to fit the needs of each space or client.

I love sports! Watching, coaching youth, and participating.

What’s your go-to recharge activity outside of work?
Time with my girls and husband is always a cup filler!

Southeast Way Park and their trails and creeks.

Read minds.
